Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your NodeWatch account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, company).
• All Nagios push data stored against your account.
• Push notification tokens.
• Subscription records (billing history is retained by Paystack per their policy).

Delete your account now

Enter the email and password you use to sign in to NodeWatch. Only the account admin can delete an account — this deletes the whole company account and all its monitoring data. Team members: ask your admin to remove you from the team, or email support (below).

Can't sign in?

If you no longer know your password, email support@targtsales.com from the email address on your account with the subject DELETE MY DATA. We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days.

Admins can also delete the account in the app: tap your name in the top-right corner, then Delete Account.

Deleted data cannot be recovered. Payment records are kept only as required for tax and accounting purposes.
