NodeWatch (“we”, “our”) is operated by TARGT (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

What we collect

Account registration details: name, email address, company name.
Nagios server data pushed to our API: host names, service names, status codes, timestamps.
Device push notification tokens for alert delivery.
Basic usage analytics (screen views, session counts) — no advertising identifiers.

How we use it

To provide and operate the NodeWatch service.
To send push notifications for host and service state changes.
To process subscription payments via Paystack.
To respond to support requests.

Biometrics

If you enable Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint sign-in, the check is performed entirely by your device's operating system. NodeWatch never receives or stores your biometric data. Your sign-in details for this feature are kept encrypted on your device only.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data and Nagios push data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Third parties

We use Paystack for payment processing and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications (each subject to their own privacy policy), plus standard cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@targtsales.com.
