By downloading or using NodeWatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

NodeWatch provides a mobile interface to your Nagios monitoring server. You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own Nagios installation and the PHP push script.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Trial accounts are limited to 10 monitored hosts. Exceeding this limit requires a Pro subscription.

Subscriptions & billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly per seat via Paystack in ZAR.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account at targtsales.com/nodewatch/portal.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Acceptable use

You may not use NodeWatch to monitor systems you do not own or have explicit authorisation to monitor. Abuse of the API or attempt to circumvent subscription limits will result in account termination.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete My Data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
