NodeWatch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered within any specific time frame.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TARGT (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use NodeWatch — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Infrastructure monitoring

NodeWatch is a supplementary monitoring tool. It does not replace your primary monitoring infrastructure or on-call procedures. You are solely responsible for your infrastructure uptime and response procedures.

Maximum liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of NodeWatch shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
